Build strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth **About the Role** We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Store Operations \& Sales Executive to oversee the daily operations of our retail store specializing in construction and building products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building materials—from hardware, electrical, plumbing, paints, tools, fasteners, and safety products to cement, steel, sanitary ware, and finishing materials. This role requires an individual who can efficiently manage store operations, inventory, sales, cashier functions, customer service, and product merchandising while contributing to business growth. The successful candidate should understand the Qatar construction market, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day store operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business activities. * Handle customer sales, quotations, invoices, and order processing. * Recommend suitable products based on customer and project requirements. * Achieve sales targets and build relationships with contractors, retailers, and walk\-in customers. * Maintain strong knowledge of hardware, plumbing, electrical, paints, tools, sanitary ware, and general construction products. * Monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records. * Conduct stock counts and track fast\-moving, slow\-moving, and damaged items. * Operate POS systems, handle payments, and complete daily cash reconciliation. * Maintain proper product display, pricing, labeling, and store organization. * Prepare sales and inventory reports and support the store’s setup and business growth. * Develop and maintain supplier and product databases while building strong supplier relationships. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 5–8 years of experience in retail, trading, or building materials. * Strong knowledge of construction products and building materials. * Experience in store operations, sales, inventory control, and cashier functions. * Hands\-on experience with ERP systems, POS software, and inventory management systems. * Good understanding of stock management and warehouse operations. * Excellent customer service and sales skills. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. * Good knowledge of the Qatar building materials market.
