We are looking for an experienced **Tailor Master** with strong expertise in garment alterations, measurements, and customer handling. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Qatar and be fluent in both Arabic and English. **Key Responsibilities:** * Take accurate customer measurements. * Guide customers regarding fittings, alterations, and garment styles. * Supervise tailoring staff and ensure quality workmanship. * Allocate work and monitor production timelines. * Conduct final quality inspections before delivery. * Handle customer complaints professionally. * Coordinate with showroom sales staff. * Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of tailoring experience in Qatar**. * Previous experience as a **Tailor Master**. * Fluent in **Arabic and English (Speaking \& Reading)**. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
