Developing and improving risk assessment criteria and procedures **Microfinance Credit Risk Assessor** **Job Description:** Our company is seeking a Microfinance Credit Risk Assessor with experience in analyzing customer creditworthiness and assessing risks associated with microfinance operations, capable of providing accurate recommendations to support lending decisions and mitigate financial risks. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Evaluate microfinance loan applications and analyze customers' credit risks. * Review financial statements and credit records, and assess repayment capacity. * Prepare risk analysis reports and recommendations regarding loan approval or rejection. * Proactively monitor microfinance portfolios and identify potential risks. * Collaborate with lending and collections teams to ensure the quality of credit operations. * Develop and improve risk assessment criteria and procedures. * Ensure compliance with established financial policies and regulatory requirements. * Track risk-related and credit quality performance indicators. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience in credit risk assessment or microfinance. * Solid knowledge of financial analysis and risk management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis systems. * Strong report writing and analytical skills. * Ability to work under pressure and make precise decisions. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
