Experienced **Bartender In\-Charge** to oversee bar operations and craft high\-quality beverages. The ideal candidate should have expertise in **non\-alcoholic beverages**, as well as experience with **barista\-style coffee and related preparations**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day\-to\-day bar operations and ensure smooth service. * Prepare and craft a variety of **non\-alcoholic beverages**, including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. * Handle **barista duties**, including coffee brewing, latte art, and specialty coffee drinks. * Train and supervise bar staff to maintain quality and consistency. * Maintain inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of ingredients and supplies. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. * Innovate and create new beverage recipes, keeping up with current trends. * Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Proven experience as a bartender, with expertise in **non\-alcoholic beverages**. * Experience as a barista or handling coffee/beverage preparation. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and beverage preparation standards. * Creativity and a passion for crafting new drinks.
