





**Key Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally * Explain our company formation and PRO services clearly to potential clients * Assist clients with the status of their applications and documentation * Log all client communication in the CRM system * Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client\-facing roles * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Friendly, patient, and solution\-oriented approach * Basic knowledge of business setup in Qatar is a plus * Good computer and CRM skills
