





**Job Description**: We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our call center team. As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. * Handling customer complaints, queries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. * Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Documenting customer interactions and following up as necessary. * Upselling or cross\-selling company products and services when appropriate. * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues. * Meeting individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance. **Qualifications**: * High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). * **Previous experience in f\&b call center.** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and multitask effectively. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
