





**HR Generalist** **Company:** RITS **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 4,000 – 4,500 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary:** The **HR Generalist** at **RITS Qatar** will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations — including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role ensures smooth and efficient HR processes in alignment with **Qatar Labor Law**, **MADLSA regulations**, and company policies, while maintaining a positive work environment within a diverse, multi\-cultural team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage full\-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding. * Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar Labor Law. * Process monthly payroll accurately through **WPS**, including salaries, deductions, and allowances. * Monitor attendance, leave management, and generate periodic HR reports. * Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and fully compliant with **MADLSA** requirements. * Handle visa applications, renewals, and **Residence Permit (RP)** processes for expatriate employees. * Support employee engagement, performance management, and training programs. * Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, queries, and grievance handling. * Prepare HR analytics and reports such as headcount, attrition, payroll summaries, and compliance updates. * Assist in internal audits, labor inspections, and HR documentation reviews. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of HR experience**, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region. * Strong understanding of **Qatar Labor Law**, **MADLSA** processes, and **WPS payroll** systems. * Proficiency in **MS Office** and HR management software/tools. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in multi\-cultural work environments. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Previous experience managing expatriate HR compliance, visa, and RP processes. **To Apply:** **Email:** hr.ritsqatar@gmail.com **WhatsApp:** \+974 3111 8457 Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and end\-to\-end HR operations * Have you handled recruitment specifically for construction projects?
