This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership, project management, and technical expertise. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects. * Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractor performance. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed. * Conduct site inspections and oversee risk management activities. * Prepare project reports, updates, and strategic recommendations. * Optimize construction processes and operational efficiency. * Lead and mentor construction teams and site personnel. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Proven experience in senior construction management roles. * Strong knowledge of construction operations, project planning, and compliance standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple high\-value projects effectively.
