We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician with specialized knowledge in data centre environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our critical cooling infrastructure, primarily focusing on Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform all planned and corrective maintenance on Data Centre CRAC units and associated support systems. * Execute and document maintenance tasks as per the established Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule. * Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to: * Receive and close out work orders. * Log all maintenance activities, parts usage, and labor hours. * Maintain accurate records of equipment history. * Adhere to a comprehensive maintenance schedule, including: * **Weekly:** Visual inspections, filter checks, alarm history reviews. * **Monthly:** Cleaning of coils and condensate pans, belt tension checks, electrical connection verification. * **Quarterly:** Calibration of sensors and controls, motor lubrication, detailed mechanical inspections. * **Yearly:** Major overhauls, compressor and refrigerant system checks, replacement of major components. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with significant time working in a critical environment data centre. * Hands\-on experience with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CRAC units (e.g., Liebert, Stulz, Vertiv). * Solid understanding and practical experience with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs. * Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management and record keeping. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics. * EPA 608 Universal Certification for handling refrigerants. * Strong understanding of critical facility protocols and safety procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with other data centre infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, Generators). * Understanding of IT infrastructure and its relationship with cooling systems. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package.
