**Job Vacancy: Electrician cum Driver** **Location:** Qatar **Company:** Al Dar Properties (Real Estate Division) We are currently seeking a skilled **Electrician cum Driver** to join our real estate maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance tasks and assisting with company transportation needs. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in villas, flats, and buildings. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. * Handle minor electrical wiring, lighting, and equipment repair. * Drive company vehicles for material delivery, staff transport, and other operational requirements. * Maintain cleanliness and routine service of company vehicles. * Coordinate with the maintenance team for daily work schedules. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards or electrical issues immediately. * Support other maintenance tasks when required. **Requirements:** * Valid QID with **NOC** * Valid **Qatar Driving License** * Minimum **2 years of experience in Qatar** as an Electrician and Driver * **Experience in real estate or property maintenance** is **mandatory** * Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Immediate joiners preferred **Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to:** **s.khan@aldarproperties.qa** **WhatsApp:** 33432511 Job Type: Full\-time
