**Experience:** * Minimum **10 years** of experience in **construction** and **oil \& gas** projects. * Proven ability to manage engineering teams and oversee project execution. * Strong background in technical design review, planning, and coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure high\-quality project delivery. * Review project designs, drawings, and technical documents. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project operations. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. * Prepare progress and technical reports for management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Strong knowledge of project management and engineering software. * **Nationality:** Preferably **Arab**.
