Electrical Engineer (With UPDA License) – Grade A to C Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Construction \& Electromechanical Works Employment Type: Full\-Time About Us: We are a reputable construction and electromechanical company in Qatar, delivering high\-quality projects with a commitment to excellence, safety, and innovation. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Electrical Engineer holding a valid UPDA License. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee electrical systems for construction and building projects. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs in accordance with project requirements. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works (LV, MV, and ELV systems). Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority regulations. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other engineering disciplines. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards. Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Valid UPDA (Grade A/B/C) License is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/electromechanical projects in Qatar. Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, installation practices, and local regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full\-time
