* Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to pipeline installation, fabrication, welding, and testing. * Ensure work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and schedule. * Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of work. * Review and interpret technical drawings, P\&IDs, and project documents. * Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. * Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed on site. * Support in hydrotesting, pre\-commissioning, and commissioning activities of pipelines. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required. * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). * Minimum **5 years of experience** in pipeline construction, preferably in **Oil \& Gas Projects**. * **Gulf experience is mandatory** (must have worked on projects in GCC countries). * Strong understanding of pipeline materials, welding procedures, and NDT processes. * Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.). * Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. * Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. * Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
