Civil site forman **Key Responsibilities:1\. Planning \& Scheduling** * Develop and update project schedules using **Primavera P6 / MS Project**. * Prepare detailed work programs, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans. * Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and identify any delays or deviations. * Propose recovery plans and corrective actions to keep the project on track. **2\. Site Coordination** * Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and supervisors. * Ensure the timely availability of materials, drawings, and resources as per the work program. * Liaise with consultants and clients regarding inspections, approvals, and progress updates. **3\. Technical \& Quality Control** * Review IFC drawings and report any discrepancies or conflicts. * Ensure all civil and structural works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications. * Conduct inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance. * Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain site standards. **4\. Reporting** * Prepare and submit **weekly and monthly progress reports** with updated schedules and progress photos. * Maintain records of work done, delays, and site issues. * Support the preparation of interim payment certificates (IPC) based on progress achieved.
