Summary: Supervise and execute the installation of renewable energy systems, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality project delivery through coordination and technical expertise. The Renewable Energy Specialist – Installation is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the installation of renewable energy systems such as solar PV, wind, and hybrid energy solutions. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant installation of systems while coordinating with engineering, project, and site teams to deliver high\-quality renewable energy projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage installation of renewable energy systems (primarily solar PV and related systems). * Review technical drawings, system designs, and installation specifications. * Coordinate on\-site installation activities with contractors, technicians, and engineering teams. * Ensure proper installation of PV panels, inverters, mounting structures, cabling, and protection systems. * Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Support system testing, commissioning, and performance verification. * Troubleshoot installation and system performance issues during and after installation. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved schedules. * Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) standards and local regulations. * Prepare installation reports, progress updates, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with utility companies for grid connection and system approvals where required. * Support optimization of system efficiency and performance after commissioning. * Assist in maintenance planning and corrective actions for installed systems. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field. * Professional Certification in solar PV system design, installation, and testing. * Minimum 13 years of experience in renewable energy installation projects. * Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical distribution. * Knowledge of installation standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations. * Experience in site supervision, commissioning, and troubleshooting. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics. * Ability to work in outdoor site environments and handle project deadlines.
