Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary site teams with clear communication **Job Title: Project Manager** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced **Project Manager** with a solid background in Civil Engineering to lead and deliver complex construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and final handover, ensuring all targets are met within scope, time, and budget. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning:** Develop comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. * **Financial Management:** Oversee project budgets, manage cost control, and review monthly progress billings and variations. * **Leadership:** Lead and mentor multi\-disciplinary site teams, ensuring clear communication and high productivity. * **Contract Management:** Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. * **Technical Oversight:** Ensure all construction activities comply with approved shop drawings, QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), and quality standards. * **Risk Management:** Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all site operations adhere to Qatar’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and obtain necessary approvals from local authorities. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** is mandatory. * **Experience:** Minimum of 8–10 years in the construction industry, with at least **3–5 years in a Project Management** role. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * **Certifications:** * **UPDA/MMUP Registration (Grade A )** is highly preferred. * **PMP (Project Management Professional)** certification is a strong advantage. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and conflict\-resolution abilities.
