**Job Title:** Indoor Sales Executive – Fit\-Out **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time **Job Overview** We are looking for a driven and customer\-focused **Indoor Sales Executive** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interior fit\-out sales, with the ability to engage walk\-in clients, manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and provide strong support to the external sales team. This is an office\-based role that requires excellent communication skills, in\-depth knowledge of fit\-out materials, and a proactive, client\-oriented approach. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle walk\-in and inbound client inquiries related to interior fit\-out products and services. * Present and explain material options, service capabilities, and product offerings to clients. * Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and related documentation. * Maintain a solid understanding of fit\-out materials, finishes, and industry trends. * Coordinate with designers, estimators, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals. * Record and track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. * Support monthly sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives. * Assist the outdoor sales team with lead generation, client coordination, and administrative follow\-ups. **Qualifications \& Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably within the fit\-out, furniture, or interior design industry in Qatar. **Skills:** * Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * Solid understanding of fit\-out services, materials, and technical aspects of interior solutions. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus. * Client\-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
