This highly specialized financial role is responsible for projecting developmental costs, managing clinical trial expenditures, and tracking resource capital allocation across our active biomedical research pipeline. Primary Financial Responsibilities The core focus of this position involves building comprehensive capital expenditure models for clinical research phases and laboratory operations. You will spend your days analyzing vendor quotes for specialized medical equipment, calculating the long\-term cost variances of laboratory consumables, and auditing multi\-phase research budgets against actual expenditures. The role requires continuous collaboration with our principal scientific investigators to forecast project completion costs, identify potential resource leakages, and ensure all operational spending aligns with corporate fiscal governance. Additionally, you will generate monthly financial variance summaries and present capital deployment projections directly to the regional finance director. Professional Requirements We require a solid professional background consisting of 4 to 6 years in cost estimation, project controllership, or capital expenditure accounting, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or heavy research sectors. Masterful data manipulation skills and deep familiarity with complex spreadsheet matrices are absolutely essential to manage our dense laboratory transaction ledgers. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of medical procurement lifecycles and standard corporate financial reporting protocols. We are seeking an analytical thinker who is exceptionally detail\-oriented and comfortable working alongside technical scientific teams under strict project deadlines. Compensation and Benefits Skarbbio provides a comprehensive, flat monthly package of QAR 20,500\. This fixed rate is fully inclusive of your basic salary, premium Al Waab housing provisions, and local transportation allowances.
