**Position:** Estimation Engineer – Fit\-Out Projects **Location:** Qatar **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Estimation Engineer** specializing in fit\-out projects with prior experience in the Gulf region. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take\-offs, and tender submissions while ensuring compliance with project specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed estimates for fit\-out projects in accordance with Gulf region standards. * Conduct quantity and material take\-offs. * Analyze project drawings and specifications. * Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams. * Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions. * Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * 3–5 years of fit\-out estimation experience in the Gulf region. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs. * Proficient in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX). * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high\-end residential, commercial, or hospitality fit\-out projects in the Gulf.
