**Position:** Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Pre\-Contract) **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time, Permanent **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced **Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Pre\-Contract)** to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, hands\-on experience with electrical systems, and an excellent understanding of MEP estimation practices within the GCC. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review **Bills of Quantities (BOQ)**, cost estimates, and tender documents. * Analyze project drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate pricing. * Support pre\-contract functions including risk analysis, tender evaluation, and technical clarifications. * Liaise with design, engineering, and procurement teams for cost\-effective solutions. * Use estimation software, AutoCAD, and Excel to generate and manage project data efficiently. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering**. * Minimum **5 years of GCC experience** in **MEP estimation**. * Strong working knowledge of **electrical systems** and materials. * Proven expertise in **tendering, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation practices**. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software**.
