We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum **10 years of experience** in Quantity Surveying. * At least **5 years of experience** in **TA/SD (Turnaround / Shutdown projects)**. * Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with **MS Project** and **Primavera**. * Proficient in **SAP – PM Module operations**. * **Diploma** in Quantity Surveying or related field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets. * Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets. * Evaluate variations, claims, and contractual issues. * Support project planning and scheduling activities. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
