




**Key Duties and Responsibilities:** · Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. · Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. · Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. · Present Cost Estimates and reports detailing all the costs going into a project to the Management · Notice difference between estimated cost and actual cost. · Look at customer requirements for a project. · Working with the project team to prepare proposals. · Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. · Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. · Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. · Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data. · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients. · Consult with Division Manager to create and produce comprehensive job estimates · Identify complex problems and develop ideas to implement solutions · Evaluate customer supplied models and solicit technical advice as required from company resources · Maintain cost models and associated records and assist in document control flow · Be able to establish, communicate and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. .Perform any related assignment as required by the Management. Candidate must: \*\*Have a valid QID \& can provide NOC \*\*F\*l\*p\*no of nationality \*\*At least 2 years of experience in Estimation or Admin works \*\*Strong Excell Command Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Admin or Estimation: 2 years (Required) Language: * English and Basic Arabic (Required)
