We are currently seeking a **Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator** with a strong background in **Interior Fit\-Out**, The ideal candidate will bring over **10 years of experience** across **GCC**, with a proven record in both **Pre and Post Contract phases** of construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Pre\-Contract Phase:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and civil fit\-out projects. * Analyze tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings; identify missing/incomplete information. * Source and follow up on supplier quotations and respond to RFIs. * Prepare competitive bid proposals and budgets aligned with project scope. * Pricing of material, labor, equipment/tools, overheads, and profit as per management directions. * Coordinate with in\-house teams and consultants during the tendering process. * **Post\-Contract Phase:** * Manage billing, variations, and claims in compliance with contract requirements. * Monitor and control project costs; flag cost overruns and suggest value engineering solutions. * Liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure financial clarity. * Assist in preparing site logistics, schedules, and execution plans in coordination with project stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **MMUP Certification** (Qatar Engineering Committee) is **mandatory**. * Minimum of **10 years of relevant experience**, with strong exposure to Fit\-Out works. * Proficiency in **cost estimation, tendering, billing, variations**, and **project controls**. * Strong knowledge of local Qatar market and pricing. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, CostX).
