If you love working with children, enjoy planning engaging experiences, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate birthday parties from start to finish, including liaising with vendors, entertainers, decorators, and other suppliers. * Plan and prepare creative daily activities and sensory trays for children based on rotating themes and developmental goals. * Facilitate workshops, classes, camps and other similar activities for children. * Capture photos and videos of daily activities, events, and celebrations for Wonder Works' social media channels. * Monitor and manage inventory of activity materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed. * Organize activity spaces and ensure materials are prepared in advance. * Work closely with the team to create memorable experiences for children and families. * Build warm professional relationships with children and families. **Requirements** * A genuine passion for working with children. * Previous experience in a nursery, childcare setting, early years education, or a similar role is highly preferred. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and team members. * Creative mindset with an eye for detail and planning. * Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus * Bilingual Arabic and English favored **Working Hours:** this role requires **flexibility**, including availability to work: * Afternoons * Weekends * Public holidays Pay: Up to QAR6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you willing afternoon, weekends and possibly public holidays? * Do you have experience working with children?
