Summary: Lead QA/QC efforts in construction, developing procedures, ensuring compliance, and managing quality documentation and personnel. Highlights: 1. Lead and train QA/QC personnel **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards * Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance * Prepare and review QA/QC documentation and reports * Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues * Conduct audits and inspections at various project phases * Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations * Lead and train QA/QC personnel **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, or related field * Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in QA/QC management, preferably in construction * Certification in QA/QC (such as ASQ or equivalent) is a plus Work Location: In person
