The Female Personal Trainer is responsible for providing customized fitness programs, guiding members toward achieving their health and wellness goals, and ensuring safe and effective exercise practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs based on clients’ goals and fitness levels. * Lead one\-on\-one and small group training sessions with proper exercise techniques. * Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness, weight loss, or strength goals. * Educate members on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and recovery methods. * Track clients’ progress and adjust programs when needed. * Ensure safety and correct use of equipment during training. * Maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive relationship with clients. * Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. * Promote personal training services to encourage new memberships and client retention. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent). * Minimum 1–2 years of personal training experience (preferred). * Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to design safe and effective programs for all fitness levels. * Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. * Energetic, professional, and passionate about health and fitness. * Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
