Work with Head Chef on new product trials **About the role** We are opening a premium **Restaurant** and are looking for skilled **Bakers** to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high\-quality breads and pastries, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the authenticity of recipes. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and pastries * Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency. * Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. * Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, baking times, and temperatures. * Assist Head Chef with new product trials and seasonal items. * Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and workstation. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years’ bakery experience**. * Strong skills in dough handling, proofing, baking, and finishing. * Attention to detail and passion for quality. * Team player, flexible with shifts, and willing to learn. * English required; Korean language is an advantage.
