The Bakery Chef will be responsible for managing daily bakery operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, and leading the bakery team to deliver exceptional baked products. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. * Oversee daily bakery production and ensure timely preparation of all bakery items. * Maintain consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all baked products. * Monitor ingredient inventory and coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock availability. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support when needed. * Develop new bakery recipes and seasonal products to enhance the menu. * Control waste and maintain cost efficiency in bakery operations. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Bakery Chef or Head Baker** in a bakery, café, hotel, or restaurant. * Strong knowledge of bread making, dough fermentation, and baking techniques. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Leadership and team management skills. * Culinary or baking certification is an advantage.
