Develop and standardize recipes, manage inventory, and control wastage **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Head Chef** to manage and oversee our **Central Kitchen operations**. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high\-quality food production, maintaining consistency across all outlets, and leading the kitchen team efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen * Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets * Plan and supervise food production schedules based on outlet demand * Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring * Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times * Monitor inventory, food cost, and wastage control * Coordinate with procurement team for purchasing and stock management * Develop and standardize recipes and portion control * Ensure timely dispatch of food items to all locations **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Head Chef / Central Kitchen Chef * Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in a similar role * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations * Ability to manage bulk production and multi\-outlet operations * Good communication skills * **Locally available in Qatar with Valid QID \& NOC** * Ready for **immediate joining** **Preferred Qualifications** * Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field * Experience in multi\-brand or multi\-outlet F\&B operations **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities * Professional working environment **How to Apply** Contact: **7003 3862** Email: **recruitments2025@outlook.com** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
