Summary: This role involves comprehensive kitchen cleaning, sanitation, waste management, and inventory monitoring, while supporting kitchen staff with various tasks. Highlights: 1. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties in kitchen areas 2. Manage trash and hazardous materials according to safety regulations 3. Support kitchen staff with cleaning, dishwashing, and food preparation Cleaning Tasks: Perform routine cleaning duties such as mopping floors, scrubbing countertops, cleaning kitchen equipment, and removing grease and residue from surfaces Sanitation: Ensure that all kitchen areas comply with health and safety regulations by regularly sanitizing surfaces, sinks, and appliances. Trash Management: Empty and clean trash cans, disposing of waste properly and ensuring that hazardous materials are handled according to safety regulations Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and paper goods as needed to maintain an efficient cleaning operation Assistance: Support kitchen staff by cleaning dishes, utensils, and food storage areas, and assisting with food preparation tasks as required.
