The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene, Food Safety, and Sanitation Standards * 1\-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards is desirable * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills
