The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders. * Assist walk\-in customers and handle dine\-in service efficiently. * Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely order preparation. * Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly and accurately. * Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments. * Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations. * Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times. * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of Qatar experience in restaurant service preferred. * Good communication skills (basic English required). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Team player with a positive attitude. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
