Strong leadership and team management skills We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Branch Supervisor** to support the daily operations of our restaurant. Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts. * Monitor staff performance and ensure efficient teamwork. * Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. * Minimum **3 years of restaurant experience**, including **1 year in a supervisory role**. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory control. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Previous experience in **Qatar or the GCC** is an advantage.
