Summary: Supervise fabrication, welding, and preparation activities, allocating resources, enforcing standards, monitoring productivity, and ensuring safety. Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise structural steel fabrication activities on shift. 2. Ensure quality and safety in fabrication and welding operations. 3. Manage manpower allocation and productivity control on the shop floor. Supervise fabrication, welding and/or preparation activities on shift; allocate manpower and machines, enforce drawings and work instructions, monitor productivity, coordinate inspections, control rework, and ensure safe housekeeping and shift handover. **Experience** Minimum 8 years in structural steel fabrication, including 3\+ years as supervisor/foreman. **Qualification** Technical diploma or strong trade background; excellent drawing reading; fabrication/welding sequence knowledge; manpower allocation; productivity control; basic Excel/reporting; HSE and quality awareness; strong shop\-floor leadership. Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
