Summary: Seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor in the oil and gas industry to oversee safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and international standards We are looking for a scaffolding supervisor in the oil and gas industry who will be responsible for overseeing the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with HSE standards such as OSHA. The role involves supervising crews, conducting inspections, and ensuring all work follows permit\-to\-work systems in high\-risk environments. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities including erection, modification, and dismantling in accordance with approved drawings and safety standards * Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies and international standards such as OSHA in high\-risk oil \& gas environments * Conduct regular inspection and certification of scaffolds, ensuring proper tagging and safe usage * Lead and manage scaffolding teams, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is executed efficiently and safely * Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and permit controllers to align scaffolding work with project requirements * Enforce Permit\-to\-Work (PTW) system and ensure all activities meet safety and operational procedures Requirements: * Minimum **10 years of experience in GCC**, preferably in oil \& gas projects. * Valid scaffolding certification such as **CISRS or NFS** required * Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations including OSHA * Ability to manage teams, coordinate with site personnel, and handle permit\-to\-work systems * Minimum **10 years of experience in GCC**, preferably in oil \& gas projects * Valid scaffolding certification such as **CISRS or NFS** required * Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations including OSHA * Proven experience in supervising scaffolding works in refineries, plants, or shutdown projects * Ability to manage teams, coordinate with site personnel, and handle permit\-to\-work systems Benefits: * Accommodation, Food, and Transport provided by the company. * Overtime pay applicable (extra payment for additional hours worked) **Project duty hours:** 8 hours work \+ 1 hour break Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR4,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
