





**Overview** We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check\-in to check\-out. **Duties** * Greet guests and assist with check\-in and check\-out procedures * Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department * Handle guest requests promptly and professionally * Process reservations and cancellations accurately * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area * Assist with administrative tasks as needed **Requirements** * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Experience in front desk operations or hospitality industry preferred * Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer programs * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations * Bilingual proficiency is a plus * Knowledge of hotel management practices is advantageous Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR3,500\.00 per month
