




**Responsibilities:** * Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain adequate stock. * Establish and enforce cost control measures to ensure profitable food and beverage operations. * Develop and implement menu pricing strategies in accordance with market trends and customer preferences. * Track food and beverage sales, expenses, and waste to identify areas for improvement and cost savings. * Train and supervise staff in proper handling, storage, and usage of food and beverage inventory. * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards. * Liaise with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods. * Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular reports for management. * Continuously analyze and optimize food and beverage operations to achieve optimal efficiency and profitability.
