Summary: This role involves leading technical teams, enforcing safety protocols, managing operations and repairs, and coordinating communications between offshore and onshore teams. Highlights: 1. Lead technical crews and assign daily tasks 2. Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols 3. Monitor machinery, coordinate repairs, and track project milestones * **Team Leadership**: Direct crews of technicians, mechanics, or contractors and assign daily tasks. * **Safety \& Compliance**: Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols, manage permit\-to\-work systems, and run safety drills. * **Operations \& Troubleshooting**: Monitor active machinery or extraction processes and coordinate fast repairs during emergencies. * **Reporting \& Liaison**: Track project milestones, log daily activities, and communicate updates between offshore teams and onshore management.
