We support enterprise clients across the GCC with scalable workforce strategies, digital HR transformation, and organizational development. We are looking for a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our people strategy and elevate how we attract, develop, and retain talent across the region. You are not just managing processes; you are shaping the employee experience and building the foundation for high performing teams. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy and Planning Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and regional expansion goals. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Lead senior level hiring strategies, workforce forecasting, and succession planning across departments. Performance and Development Design and manage performance management frameworks, leadership development programs, and employee growth initiatives. Employee Relations and Culture Build a strong organizational culture, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. Stakeholder Management Partner with executives and department heads to provide guidance on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and leadership capability. **What We Are Looking For?** Experience 6 plus years in Human Resources or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or managerial role. Education Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a strong advantage. Skills Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Mindset You are structured, people focused, and strategic. You understand when to build processes and when to keep things flexible to support business needs. Pay: QAR14,000\.00 \- QAR24,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
