




**Duties and Responsibilities:** * Welcome and greet tenants/customers/visitors to assist as needed. * Serving refreshment as required. * Attend to phone calls \& forward if necessary. * Forward general email enquiries and pass to relevant departments. * Maintaining a tidy reception area. * Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. * Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, and filing. **Receptionist Requirements:** * Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field. * Consistent, professional dress, and manner. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. specifically speak and write English; Arabic and Hindi is a plus. * Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Good in time management skills. * Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. * Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required. * Valid QID and transferrable visa is a must. * Local hiring only.
