We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **MEP Engineer** to oversee and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a **reputed organization in Qatar**. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, compliance with safety standards, and the efficient operation of all building systems. This role is critical in supporting the organization’s infrastructure and enhancing overall operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure all MEP systems are functioning efficiently and safely. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive maintenance activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for repairs, upgrades, and installations. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports. * Support energy management initiatives and cost\-efficient solutions. * Assist in project planning, design review, and implementation of facility upgrades. **Qualification, Experience, and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum **8 years of extensive experience** in Facility Maintenance and O\&M projects. * Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems for facility management. * Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility operations. * Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and relevant software tools. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented environment. * Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards. * Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID **Benefits:** * Competitive salary package and other allowances Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * MEP Engineer (Facility Maintenance): 8 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Location: * Doha (Required)
