Ensure strict adherence to HSE site regulations * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years operating a motor grader for rough and fine grade finishing, road construction, or earthworks. * **License:** Valid local heavy equipment driver’s license (such as a Qatar Heavy Equipment/State License). * **Core Duties:** Performing precise surface grading, spreading/mixing base materials, leveling sub\-grades, and coordinating with site supervisors. * **Safety \& Compliance:** Strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) site regulations and daily equipment maintenance checks.
