Prepare technical reports and evaluate performance **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Consultant to oversee facility operations, logistics, and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The successful candidate will support the management of facility service contracts, monitor contractor performance, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day\-to\-day facilities management operations. * Monitor maintenance and housekeeping activities. * Coordinate logistics and support services. * Supervise outsourced facility service providers. * Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and performance evaluations. * Assist in planning preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility requirements. * Ensure contractors comply with contract terms and service level agreements. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 5\+ years of Facilities Management experience. * Experience managing service contracts. * Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and logistics. * Excellent analytical and reporting skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
