Room for growth into senior drafting or design roles **About the Role** We're seeking a skilled Interior Draftsman to join our design team and produce detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial interior spaces. You'll work closely with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into accurate, buildable plans — from space layouts to furniture, finishes, and millwork details. **Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and furniture layouts using CAD software * Develop millwork and joinery drawings (cabinetry, wardrobes, custom furniture, paneling, etc.) * Translate designer sketches, mood boards, and concepts into precise technical drawings * Create material and finish schedules (flooring, wall finishes, lighting, hardware) * Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and architectural plans to avoid clashes * Revise drawings based on designer or client feedback and site conditions * Take accurate site measurements and prepare as\-built drawings when needed * Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes and accessibility standards * Maintain organized drawing sets, revision history, and project documentation **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Draftsman in interior design, architecture, or a related field * Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus * Strong understanding of furniture dimensions, materials, finishes, and millwork detailing * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and interior design concepts * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in scale and dimensioning * Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors * Diploma/degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial fit\-out projects * Familiarity with FF\&E (furniture, fixtures \& equipment) specifications * Basic rendering or 3D visualization skills * Knowledge of local building codes and interior fit\-out regulations **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Health insurance and paid leave * Opportunity to work on diverse, creative interior projects * Supportive and collaborative design studio environment * Room for growth into senior drafting or design roles **How to Apply** Send your resume along with a portfolio of past drafting/drawing work to 66444571 Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
