Description

Summary: This role involves comprehensive inventory management, including record keeping, reconciliation, transaction processing, and reporting, coordinating with various departments. Highlights: 1. Manage inventory records and transactions in ERP system 2. Reconcile physical stock and investigate variances 3. Participate in inventory closing, counts, and audits Maintain inventory records in the ERP system Verify and post GRNs, material issues, transfers, and stock adjustments Reconcile physical stock with system balances and investigate variances Record production receipts and inventory transactions Assist in monthly inventory closing and stock valuation Participate in periodic stock counts and audits Prepare inventory and reconciliation reports Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies Pay: Up to QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
