Maintain and organize design assets, libraries, and version control Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and deliver visually engaging assets for digital and print channels (web, social, email, banners, posters, packaging, presentations, logos, and infographics). Translate brief requirements into clear concept directions, layouts, color palettes, typography, and imagery that reflect our brand identity. Collaborate with marketing, product, and copy teams to ensure consistency across all materials. Create and iterate on design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and QA reviews. Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring files meet technical specs (resolution, bleed, color modes, file formats). Maintain and organize design assets, libraries, and version control. Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices. Assist with ad hoc design requests and special projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalents). Strong portfolio showing branding, layout, typography, and digital/print design work. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and grid systems. Experience with web design basics (formatting for web, social specs, UI elements) and accessibility considerations.
