**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Civil / Structural Engineer with UPDA Grade A certification and strong BIM expertise** to supervise and manage civil and structural works on construction projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with QCS, Ashghal, and international standards, while utilizing BIM workflows for effective design coordination and site supervision. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all **civil and structural activities** including reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, earthworks, and finishing works. * Review and approve **BIM models, structural shop drawings, bar bending schedules, material submittals, method statements, and as\-built drawings**. * Utilize **BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360\)** for structural design review, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination. * Conduct **site inspections** to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to specifications. * Ensure full compliance with **QCS, Ashghal, Civil Defense, and international structural codes** (ACI, BS, Eurocode). * Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors through **BIM\-based collaboration platforms**. * Supervise **load testing, structural inspections, and handover** procedures. * Review contractors’ **progress reports, claims, and invoices**. * Lead and mentor junior engineers and BIM modelers. * Represent the client in **technical, design coordination, and BIM meetings**. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Qualifications \& Skills: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). * UPDA Grade A certification (mandatory). * 15\+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering supervision, with at least 8 years in Qatar/GCC. * Proven expertise in structural design, construction supervision, and site management. * Advanced proficiency in BIM platforms: Autodesk Revit (Structural), Navisworks, BIM 360\. **Note:** Only candidates **currently in Qatar** with valid QID, send resume CV to **hr@gcg.com.qa** Job Type: Full\-time
