Enhancing operations using digital solutions **Job Description** We are seeking a **Digital Transformation Director** with leadership experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and developing technical strategies that foster innovation and operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing the digital transformation strategy, overseeing institutional transformation projects, adopting modern technologies, and enhancing operations using digital solutions—aligned with the company’s goals and strategic vision. **Responsibilities & Duties** * Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives. * Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee enterprise-wide execution of digital projects. * Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities through automation and digital technologies. * Oversee implementation of **ERP**, **CRM**, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA). * Collaborate with various departments to ensure integration of digital solutions into operational processes. * Lead change management programs and foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation across the organization. * Manage cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and business analysis teams. * Ensure compliance with information security standards, data governance, and regulatory policies and requirements. * Manage digital budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives on business performance. * Manage vendor and technology partner relationships and oversee contract execution and service-level agreements (SLAs). * Prepare periodic reports for executive management and provide recommendations regarding digital innovation and development. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. * A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or Digital Transformation is preferred. * Minimum **10 years** of experience in digital transformation or information technology, including at least **5 years** in a leadership role. * Experience implementing **ERP**, **CRM**, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA) projects. * Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, change management methodologies, and IT governance. * Professional certifications such as **PMP**, **PRINCE2**, **ITIL**, **TOGAF**, or **Prosci Change Management** are preferred. * Experience using **Power BI**, **Tableau**, or other digital analytics platforms. * Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written. **Required Skills** * Strong leadership and strategic capabilities. * Ability to lead enterprise-wide change and digital transformation programs. * Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. * Strong project and budget management skills. * Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Problem-solving and risk management capabilities. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
