As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated **Hospitality Tech Support Specialist** to join our team and ensure smooth operations for our clients. Role Overview The **Hospitality Tech Support Specialist** will be responsible for providing technical assistance to hotel staff, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of hospitality technology solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem\-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support for hotel management systems, POS, and guest service platforms. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in hospitality environments. * Collaborate with hotel staff to resolve system\-related challenges quickly and effectively. * Install, configure, and maintain hospitality software and IT infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatari IT regulations. * Document support cases and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. * Train hotel staff on system usage and best practices. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality or service industries. * Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, POS, CRM). * Familiarity with networking, servers, and cloud\-based hospitality solutions. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
