




**Job description** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed company revenue goals. * Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set individual and team sales targets. * Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to client conversion. * Handle escalated client inquiries and manage relationships with high\-value clients. * Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as operations to ensure a seamless client experience. * Stay up\-to\-date on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in immigration laws and policies to adapt sales strategies as needed. * Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. **Minimum requirement** * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field * Proven experience at least 2 years in a sales management role, with specific experience in the immigration. * Strong understanding of immigration laws, visa processes, and regulations for key destination countries. * Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. * Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
